Under-appreciated, however when treated properly, Veal is delicious. The mild flavour and tender meat is a favourite in Italian and French cuisine.
The Veal Cutlet is particularly wonderful when crumbed and pan-fried in a little butter and olive oil. Serve simply with your favourite greens and a wedge of lemon. This product has an incredible soft texture and sweet milky flavour.
