Our very own D.I.Y Brisket Burger Kit uses Brisket from the most respected premium marbled beef producers - Rangers Valley.

Our Wagyu Brisket has been seasoned with salt and pepper and cooked low and slow for 8 hours on our Iron Yoder Smoker, all the way from Kansas, USA. All you need is B.Y.O coleslaw as once reheated, this Brisket is ready to go!
